A First Gen's Phantom Performance

Join us to learn how first-generation students are more vulnerable to impostor syndrome once they are in an unfamiliar, high-stress, or high-competitive environment. In this presentation, students will learn why those certain feelings arise, introduce strategies to manage self-esteem, and explore resources that’ll help navigate students in those certain settings if those feelings of being a fraud reappear.
