It’s common to turn to quick fixes to cope with life stressors and the demands of college
life. Whether it’s doom-scrolling, drinking, vaping, stress-snacking, or gaming, this
workshop isn’t about labels or judgment for how you currently cope. Instead, we’ll
explore why we use these quick-fix behaviors and what they help us manage. You’ll
learn to recognize the underlying emotional needs behind your go-to behaviors and
discover healthier, more sustainable ways to cope, regulate stress, and feel more
connected.
