Grad Check Filed, Requirements Not Met

Students with graduation checks filed but still need a graduation requirement. Advisors work with students to ensure they take action to meet the requirement to graduate the term the grad check is filed for.
Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)

Direct outreach to students who are on SAP. Advisors work with students to develop an academic success plan and to review the SAP appeals process.
Schedule Checks

Review student schedules during the first year to ensure classes align with the academic plan and students are enrolled in 15 units or more.
