The San Manuel Pow Wow was once again held at CSUSB — a three-day celebration featuring traditional bird singers and dancers, drum singing groups and artisans representing Indian tribal nations from across North America and Canada.

Traditional dancers perform at the 2023 Pow Wow — A celebration of Native American culture was held at CSUSB Sept. 15-17 on the athletic fields just east of Coussoulis Arena.

The annual San Manuel Band of Mission Indians Pow Wow took place at Cal State San Bernardino Sept. 15 through Sept. 17.

The weekend brought both celebration and cultural competition with the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians presenting more than $250,000 in cash prizes.

Traditional bird singers and dancers, drum singing groups and vendors selling handmade crafts and Native American dishes encompassed the sharing of traditions and spirituality across this festive event.
