California State University, San Bernardino will host its annual Alumni Hall of Fame Awards ceremony, which celebrates the outstanding professional achievements and community contributions of its alumni on April 10 from 5:30-8 p.m. at the Obershaw Dining Room, located in the university’s Alumni Center.

Three university-wide awards — Distinguished Alumni, Emerging Leader and Coyote Spirit — will be presented at the event.

“This celebration reflects the lasting impact our alumni have through leadership, service and innovation,” said CSUSB President Tomás D. Morales. “From education and entrepreneurship to law and media, these honorees demonstrate how a CSUSB education prepares graduates to lead with purpose and make a meaningful difference in their communities and professions.”

The honorees include:

Distinguished Alumni Award: Diana Z. Rodriguez ’90, B.A., ’94 MBA, ’00 M.A.
Diana Z. Rodriguez, Ed.D., is chancellor of the San Bernardino Community College District, serving more than 20,000 students and leading an enterprise that contributes more than $621 million annually to the regional economy. A first-generation college graduate, she has held senior leadership roles across California community colleges and is the only Latina community college chancellor in Southern California.

Emerging Leader Award: Miranda Lee ’24, M.S., Entrepreneurship and Innovation
Miranda Lee is a senior learning designer at Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios, where she develops leadership programs across business, technology and creative teams. She is the founder of LX Labs and Modular Market and a two-time CSU Startup Competition winner. Lee is committed to expanding opportunities for women and underrepresented entrepreneurs.

Coyote Spirit Award: Natalia Hale ’09, B.A., Political Science
Natalia Hale is chief legal officer at Optima Family Services Inc. and a licensed attorney with extensive experience in public service and family law. A CSUSB Presidential Academic Excellence Scholarship recipient, she co-founded the Optima Family Services Scholarship to support students, including DREAMers, and serves on the CSUSB Foundation Board.

The Hall of Fame event will also feature recipients of the prestigious Paw Print Awards, which recognize outstanding alumni from each of the university's five colleges.
