Associate Professor of Geography and Environmental Studies Jennifer Alford was named the winner of Cal State San Bernardino’s 2024-25 Golden Apple Award for her exceptional and vast teaching record. This is the second year in a row that a professor in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences has achieved this prestigious honor.

Kathie Pelletier, a professor of management who has taught at Cal State San Bernardino since 2008, has been named the recipient of the 2017-18 Golden Apple Award, the university’s highest award for teaching.

Kevin Grisham, who is also an associate professor of geography and environmental studies and faculty adviser to the award-winning Model UN and Model Arab League programs, received the award on April 22 in front of his students.
