Cal State San Bernardino’s Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (MSEI) program has been ranked No. 7 in the West and No. 36 globally by The Princeton Review and Entrepreneur magazine in their 2026 graduate entrepreneurship program rankings. This marks the program’s fifth consecutive year in the top 50, rising from No. 38 in last year's rankings.
The 2025 Spirit of the Entrepreneur Awards ceremony took place on Nov. 18 at Riverside Convention Center. The event celebrated the Inland Empire’s leading innovators and showcased CSUSB student entrepreneurs, including the top three winners of the Garner Holt Student Fast Pitch Competition.

The California State University Board of Trustees has approved the naming of the university’s entrepreneurship school and center as the Randall W. Lewis School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the Randall W. Lewis Center for Entrepreneurship.
The agreement aims to support innovation and job growth in the Inland Empire. The partnership will offer students more opportunities for internships, research and hands-on learning.
