California State University, San Bernardino will be closed Monday, Jan. 20, in observance of a state holiday commemorating the late civil rights leader, Martin Luther King Jr.

The annual competition, which tests teams of high school students’ knowledge of international affairs, will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 4, at the Indian Wells Theater.

The theme for the 11th annual summit is “Movimiento y Compromiso: 50 Years of Challenges, Possibilities, and the Quest for Educational Equity.” The summit is set for March 26, and online registration is now open.
