The newspaper featured Terry Smith in its “Artist Spotlight” series. Smith, a Crestline resident, is playing Prospero in “The Tempest,” part of the third annual Courtyard Shakespeare Festival at California Baptist University in Riverside.

Works composed for orchestra by Allen Menton, an associate professor of music theory and composition, and music majors Edwin De Paz and Josh Ryan were featured in the CSUSB Chamber Orchestra concert performed June 7.

The university will surpass 100,000 graduates during its five commencement ceremonies on Thursday and Saturday, June 14 and 16, when more than 3,500 students are expected to participate.
