
Sarah Schneewind, an associate professor of history at UC San Diego and an expert on the Ming Dynasty, will present her talk on Friday, Feb. 2, at the John M. Pfau Library, PL-4005

The John M. Pfau Library at Cal State San Bernardino, will host a comic book expo on Wednesday, Feb. 21. Everyone — students, staff, faculty, and members of the community — are welcome to participate in this free event.

“Genghis Khan and Kublai Khan: Barbarian Conquerors or Agents of Global Interactions,” will be presented by Morris Rossabi at noon on Feb. 16 at the John M. Pfau Library, PL-4005.

CSUSB President Tomás D. Morales and other university officials will speak at churches in Fontana, Rancho Cucamonga, San Bernardino and Victorville as part of the CSU Super Sunday higher education initiative.

The screening of “Killing Us Softly 4” was followed by discussion led by Zala Volcic, a visiting assistant professor in the CSUSB communication studies department.

“American Exceptionalism & American Identity Past, Present, and Future” will be presented as a brown-bag discussion with university faculty on April 19 at the John M. Pfau Library, room PL-4005, from 2-3:30 p.m.

Richard Addante will present “Come Learn About NASA’s Human Exploration Research Analog Experiment,” April 19 from noon to 1:30 p.m.at the Faculty Center for Excellence in the John M. Pfau Library.

“Democracy in the Americas and Immigration” will take place April 19 and 20 at the John M. Pfau Library, room PL 5005. The event is free and open to the public.
