As a back-to-school welcome to all Coyotes, CSUSB President Tomás D. Morales and the university’s Orientation and First Year Experience handed out popsicles to students.

CSUSB is one of nearly 100 institutions selected to participate in a nationwide student affairs initiative promoting civic learning and democratic engagement.

“Move-In Day,” which starts at 9 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 17, officially kicks off Welcome Week 2017 for students who will make the university’s residence halls and apartments their home this year.

The center, which has long been requested by students, is located in the annex, or “wedge,” of the university’s John M. Pfau Library.
