The university will honor National Hispanic Heritage Month with a number of live and virtual events to celebrate the history, heritage, culture and contributions of Latino Americans.

Many of the monthlong series of events will be virtual as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, that is not preventing CSUSB from offering a wide range of programs to celebrate the month.

Fourth graders at Manuel A. Salinas Creative Arts Elementary School in San Bernardino have been learning the Arabic language and about Arab culture thanks to a collaboration between Cal State San Bernardino and the school.
