
The MBA program at CSUSB’s Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration has once again been recognized by The Princeton Review in its 2024 rankings. Notably, the graduate business program is ranked No. 37 among the Top 50 Online MBA Programs, and the on-campus MBA program’s entrepreneurship concentration, as well as the Master of Science in Entrepreneurship and Innovation program, have been ranked No. 38 among the Top 50 Entrepreneurship: Grad Programs in the world.

"Less than 200 institutions worldwide are accredited by NASPAA, and their emphasis on public service values perfectly aligns with the ethos of the faculty, staff, and students at the Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration," said Tomás Gomez-Arias, dean of the college.

CSUSB’s Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration has received an extension of accreditation by the prestigious Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International, which is widely regarded as the hallmark of excellence in business education worldwide.

On May 24, a grand opening ceremony took place in Temecula for The Tech Steam Center, the second technology education center opened by Kids That Code Inc., which is spearheaded by CSUSB MBA alumni and entrepreneurs, Jose Navarrete Cruz and Alfonso Anaya, Jr.

Marketing students from CSUSB’s Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration planned and promoted two successful community events, which raised funds for student scholarships.

Three teams of business students (two undergraduate and one graduate) from CSUSB competed and won five awards at the 2024 International Collegiate Business Strategy Competition, which included nearly 30 teams from universities across the nation and Canada.

The Business Career & Internship Fair united nearly 300 students with 48 Inland Empire employers, offering a spectrum of career possibilities in various industries. The April 17 event, held at the Santos Manuel Student Union South Events Center, was a hub of networking and opportunity for both undergraduate and graduate business students.

Essia Hamouda, associate professor of information and decision sciences, is the director of the Master of Science in Business Data Analytics program and the founder of the Women in Cybersecurity Club.

The Office of Academic Equity at CSUSB’s Jack H. Brown College of Business and Public Administration has been awarded the 2024 Inspiring Programs in Business Award from “Insight Into Diversity” magazine. This recognition is given to institutions that actively support and guide underrepresented students towards careers in business.
